Decision Gears™, our 150-page book, is both a quick reference book and a running narrative and workshop for all nine decisions. We use a vacation exercise to help you work through all nine decision points/gears. A vacation example is generic, complete, and interesting. Many other examples would necessarily focus on only a few of the nine decisions.
This book specifically does not dig into the theory behind all nine decisions. It does, however, describe each concept enough to help you extend your understanding to any other situation. The book comes in paperback or e-book versions.
Video: Various short-length training videos are available for individuals who cannot wait for the next on-line training class. All videos are obviously neither hands on nor live. These videos will give you significan exposure to the designated key concepts, but will not be fully sufficient for training or certification. You may wish to view them for a brief refresher course.
Coaching: We coach on site, or live on the web. We help leaders, managers, professionals, and exempt employees collaborate and lead themselves and others. We take the mystery out of teamwork, leadership, and self-leadership for their specific needs. Training is a prerequisite for coaching.

Training: We train on site, or live on the web. Anyone may need help to recover their natural gift of self-leadership, which is the perfect prototype for leadership in general. Unwittingly, parents, teachers, and associates tend to bury or divert natural self-leadership, so old common misconceptions need to be fix and replaced. This often takes expert help. We will show you how to get everyone on your team onto the same, right page, and stay there. Students may retake the class for a discounted fee.
Key Evaluations™ is a subscription, web-based, decisions-feedback product, built on a concise set of nine key considerations common to any success. All improvement requires feedback, and all success is controlled by decisions. So, people need feedback on their decisions, especially the nine crucial control points of success.
Motivated people appreciate quality feedback and suggestions, because they know quality feedback is essential for improvement. Building productive feedback on a balanced framework of crucial considerations makes our evaluations key to any success. Key Evaluations is designed to give feedback to anyone who is responsible for directing themselves or other on ad hoc or larger tasks and projects. This includes individuals, exempt employees, professionals, leaders, managers, et al.
Key Evaluations can be configured several different ways. All answers are anonymous, except for what you and your boss say about you. All other answers are completely hidden, contributing only to summary statistics. Non-productive comments and suggestions, however, may be blocked (censored but not edited) by the manager. The available versions are:
- 1° Evaluate yourself one time. No one sees the results but you. Cost: $5.
- 1°x360° You and your selected friends or associates evaluate you one time. No one sees the results but you. Cost: $10
- n°x360° You and your selected friends or associates evaluate each other one time. No one sees the results but your individual selves. Cost: $10 + $5 per additional seat

- 90° Your boss, or someone other than yourself, evaluates you and your team
- 180° You and your boss evaluate yourself and your team, to give contrast to the boss's evaluation
- 360° You (optional), any guests, your boss, and your team evaluate you
- 360°x360° You, any guests, your boss, and your teammates evaluate each other
- Weekly Build Up: For any of the above organizational versions, over a ten-week period you may process one of the ten categories for your team on the last day of the week, with specific, detailed comments about the category. On the first day of the next week only you will see your own results for that category, along with all previous weekly categories for the quarter. On the eleventh week, you will all do the full evaluation for all ten categories, where you boss will see the results. This repeats each quarter, but the weekly category comments change to bring more breadth and depth to your understanding of these key concepts.
