The company uses its patented decision framework to enhance its products and services for two primary reasons: (1) decisions are the keys to success and (2) this framework clarifies and integrates several previously ill-defined concepts, to illuminate a critical path to success. None of these partially exposed concepts can be fully understood or optimized without correctly interlocking their vital inter-dependencies.
